(Notice her red sparkly “Dorothy” shoes??!!)
Have I mentioned how much I love Magnolia images? Our challenge this week for the Copic Creations Blog is Blonde Hair and, it’s being sponsored by Magnolia-icious! How cool is that?!! They are giving away THREE Magnolia stamps to the lucky winner of this challenge. Be sure to post your card before May 31st to be eligible!
The Tilda stamp I used is called Cherry Dress Tilda. I used a NEW product available at 7 Kids College Fund called ~ **SMOOCH**! Yep, the name is Smooch! It comes in a tiny little bottle, containing just a “smooch” of very cool pearlescent paint!! I used some Smooch in the color “siren” on Tilda’s red shoes. It’s very different than the normal glittery paint applicants, it’s actual paint. The brush works really well for painting the tiniest things, i.e., the little cherries on Tilda’s dress! I really had fun using this paint, it dries amazingly fast too!! You really should try it! Be sure to tell them I sent ya! 🙂
I also hope you will give our challenge a try. We’ve included some awesome tutorials and drawings featuring “blonde hair”. [Yes, Sue K., you now have enough markers, it’s time to join us! AND my DS sister, Nancy, it’s time for you too!] 😀 hee hee! love ya!
Thank you for visiting today, as always T-G-I-F!!!!

Absolutely precious — beyond measure! This card is just a treasure. The colors are stunning, the coloring you always do is amazing.
You are too funny Mary…I am not sure there are “blond” meeces and I will have to see if I have been IRAK’d any images that have peopele HAIR LOL! I saved this card for response later as I was peeking at it at work and had not gotten back to comment.( can’t wait till I get home you know!) This truly is an amazing card…you know I work at a cherry food processing plant don’t you? …I love the cherry DP you used to set off this darling cherry of a girl. I saw this card on 7 Kids today too! Wowser!!!!
Such detail on those little bitty cherries! I love how you pulled together all those different patterns with the red – it is so beautiful! Have I said before how much I love glitter? 🙂 I must get that from my mom!! Happy Birthday week, by the way!!!!
oh my word….you never cease to amaze me with all the details you add! Those smooch-cherries and shoes are divine, and her little ribbons in her hair are perfect!! I love every little detail on this gorgeous card!!
Mary, this is so cute. I love the image and the way you put this card together with all those cute cherries. I like the affect of the “smooch”, too. You colored her so well. What a darling card. I hope you’re getting to work outside. We had rain, but that’s fine because I’m too worn out today. Hugs,
Oh she’s so sweet. I love how you matched her up. Your are a wonderful card maker. I’m always inspired by your beautiful work and attention to detail.
Have a great day,
Take care,
Paola

Lots of my favorite things, reds, polka dots, cherries, distressing, curlz font, all perfectly placed with this adorable image, done masterfully by you. Awwwwww, so perfect. that “smooch” stuff sounds fun and this Tilda image is making want to give Tilda a go… never dinked with her before. Great great great stuff as usual 😉
