Tiddly Inks Challenge ~ Happy Birthday!

Yep, I couldn’t resist another challenge at Tiddly Inks this week!!   It’s definitely an easy one  ~  Happy Birthday cardz or party invites.    I’ve used this adorable little princess called Everyday Princess.     I thought she would be perfect for a friend’s daughter who will be turning 15 soon!

I’ve paired this cutie with some of the new My Minds Eye Lost & Found paper.    Believe it or not, I actually ran this VERY glittery paper through my printer!   Eeeek!!    I couldn’t resist.    No harm done ~  although, every page I’ve printed since has an added bonus of having a little glitter on it!    🙂

Here’s a closeup photo of the sentiment … sorry the background print on the DP is upside down!    I, ummmmm, like it that way!   hehehe

Be sure to stop over at the Tiddly Inks Challenge blog to see all the awesome HB cards from the VERY talented Design Team!

Thanks for visiting today.    Hope you’re having a great weekend!

Phindy’s Place Challenge ~ We’re going Green!

Happy Friday!   Our challenge this week at Phindy’s Place  is GOING GREEN ~ which means we’d like you to use the color Green and/or something recycled on your card or project.

I’ve obviously used the color green on my card and thought it would be fun to also make this image called Lula Shopping, carry a canvas bag, as seen in so many stores nowadays.    It certainly doesn’t seem to be her usual style!     I’m not sure if it shows up very well in the photo, but I’ve also color-coordinated the cute little poodle too  . . .   “EVERYONE’s doing it!”

The Go Green print on her canvas bag was computer generated, as well as the sentiment on the side.

I hope you will join us for this challenge . . .  Everyone’s doing it!    🙂     And, be sure to take a peek at the Phindy’s Place Friday Challenge blog to see all the WORKS of ART from the awesome Design Team!

Hope you have a great weekend!
