Jingle Bells and a cute Christmas Puppy!

Tis the season!   🙂

So, once again I’m behind in my calendar pages!  All I can say is “tis the season”!

I’ve said it before, but Thanksgiving is my all-time favorite holiday …

LOTS of good food, family and friend and NO gifts required!

So, I tend to prep for days beforehand.

Buttttttttt,  I was able to squeeze in time for two quick Magnolia cuties …

(I swear they call my name.)  LOL

The first is JINGLE JANGLE TILDA from the Magnolia-licious store (my fav place to shop for these cuties!)

As you can see, I’ve had way too much fun with this one … added some real mini jingle bells,  a small red button on her slippers, gold Stickles and teeny, tiny red ribbons!    Thought I’d share a quick closeup for you to see the details …

The layout for this card is from my VERY favorite Sketch Design blog … deconstructing jen,

the deconstructed Sketch No. 78:

 Deconstructed Sketch No. 78

My second card features this adorable TILDA WITH CHRISTMAS PUPPY … a gift from Magnolia with the purchase of the 2012 Christmas edition of Magnolia Ink!

For this card, I’ve followed the deconstructed Sketch No. 77

Deconstructed Sketch No. 77

And, another quickie pic to show you my usual layering for cardz … LOTS of detailed cutting!

So, I’ll be off for the next few days getting ready for the holiday.

I truly hope those of you in the US have a wonderful day with family and friends.

If you’re still searching for an awesome PUMPKIN dessert, here’s a link to one I make EVERY year

Thanks for stopping by today.

A Little “Friend”

Happy weekend!   Hope you’re doing well and enjoying your day.

I wanted to squeeze a fall-themed card in before we enter the HOLIDAY card-making frenzy season!

I thought this cutie, TILDA with MOUSE would fit the bill.  I do love my mouse STAMPS.  🙂

I also thought this would be a perfect card for my daughter who recently had a little surprise visitor at their home!

A little country mouse.   Awwww.

Of course she didn’t think he was quite so cute and immediately called the Orkin Man!

Needless to say, there will be no more little surprise visitors at their house!

I’ve followed the ALWAYS inspiring Jen Shults’ layout from this week’s deconstructed Sketch ~ No. 75

  Deconstructed Sketch 75

and flipped it 90 degrees.   The papers are from pinkpaislee.  The word Friend was cut with my Silhouette.

There are some BRAND new MAGNOLIA Christmas stamps up for pre-order at

Magnolia-licious ~ called the NATIVITY COLLECTION.

These  stamps are soooo adorable ~ hope you can take a peek!

But be sure to place your order soon, before they’re gone!

Thanks for popping in today.  Hope you have a GREAT week!

HM & Friends Spooky Color Challenge BH!!

Happy House Mouse Monday!!

It’s definitely been way too long since I’ve said those words.

But, one of my favorite people in the whole wide world ~

the one and only MISS AMERICA

convinced me it was time to ink up one of these cuties and join my old teamies!!

It just so happens today is a fun BLOG HOP at the HM & Friends Monday Challenge Blog.

And the challenge is …

A Spooky Color Challenge ~

Orange, PurpleLime Green and Black

If you’ve come here today via the truly AWESOME Lorraine Aquilina’s blog (aka LOLS), you’re at the right place!  If you’ve just happened stopped by today to visit, I highly suggest you take some time to enjoy the start of your day and pop over to the  House Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge blog for all the details.

I was super excited to find this lonely piece of  scrap paper I had in my scrap bin with the EXACT colors needed for today’s challenge.  Unfortunately,  I have absolutely no idea the name!

I do know that the stamp I’ve used is called Dino Treats.

These cuties were colored with Copics, of course … with a little added SMOOCH paint in green (to the dinosaur costume)

and a little orange to the pumpkin treat holder.

AND, I’ve followed my all-time favorite sketch challenge blog for this layout …
