It’s Friday!    Hallelujah!    It’s been a long week and I’m looking forward to the weekend and, HOPEFULLY, getting some Christmas cookies made.     (fingers crossed!)

My card today is really pretty “clean & simple” … I didn’t want to distract from the gorgeous image and sentiment.    I seriously just love this angel, illustrated by Elisabeth Bell for Whiff of Joy.   She’s called Praying Angel.  
 

 

This gorgeous DP is from Memory Box’s Christmas paper collection called Mistletoe and I thought it was perfect for this image.   Added the sentiment and I thought that was enough — Clean & Simple!

Have I ever mentioned to you that my all-time favorite color is PURPLE???  I decided to color this gorgeous Whiff of Joy stamp ~ Willow with Umbrella from the Willow & Oakley Collection ~ available at 7 Kids College Fund, in a purpley-plum color, my favorite shade of purple.  This is actually my very first Whiff of Joy image ~  I definitely need more!   🙂

I know, the sentiment is not very original . . . but I’ve been dying to use these new purple flowers I found from my LSS (Local Scrapbook Store – for someone who had asked what LSS is.)  from imaginisce; So, of course, they are “May Flowers!”  🙂
