About me

Jordynn & Me!

Jordynn & Me!

In the Spring of 2008 I discovered my passion (and addiction) for making cards.  My (DS) sister, Nancy, introduced me to the papercrafting world and I haven’t looked back since!

I’m VERY proud to have spearheaded the Copics Creations blog … showcasing various Copic Marker (my true love) techniques. I’m privileged to work on this blog with the best Copic marker artists in the business!!

I have three amazing kids ~ Jennifer, living in FL with her FOUR children and husband, Falko (from Germany): Jessica, living in McFarland, WI with her twin daughters and husband, Brian  – and new baby Quinn; and Justin, still single, going to school and working & living in Madison, WI.  Justin had been in the WISCONSIN NATIONAL GUARD and served in Iraq (You wouldn’t have wanted to know me at that time…)

I have EIGHT adorable grandkids ~ Justus, Hailee & Jordynn (twins), Anna, Caleb, Elia, Quinn and Sophie!

I’m sure I’ll have lots of info about all of them throughout this card blog!    (Just a proud mom & grandma.)

Thanks for stopping in  ~ All comments are truly appreciated! Feel free to copy any of my cards, I’d be flattered!   🙂

  12. I understand your passion and therapy, a friend of mine introduced me to card making and I too have not turned back. I truly love your work and in viewing your Brunette coloring techniques with copics is awesome. I’m still a novice but want to learn more on how to use them. They’re addicting. I’ll tune in often. Thanks of the education.

  15. I absolutely love your art pieces. They are not just cards, but masterpieces. I knew you lived in Wisconsin, but had no idea it was close to Gina K. I grew up in Madison (well, Pardeeville as a youth) and could only wish I would have met you when we lived there. We moved to Austin Texas 4 years ago and that’s when are started by stamping addiction. Do they still have great scrapbook places in Madison? Austin is definitely slacking this area. I miss my old stomping ground, but can connect with you when you talk about the weather. hehehe Do you teach any classes in Madison? I’ll have to let my relatives in McFarland they have a celebrity there!

Thanks again for sharing your awesome talent. It’s great that you put down what Copics you use to us beginners!

    Hugs, Sheila
